About The Therapist
My name is Amy Le Reve Renderos, LMFT, LPCC
I transitioned from teaching to therapy with a deep passion to help individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered through life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in a belief that healing occurs when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. I support clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and moments of uncertainty. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Sea Glass Reflections Therapy is based in Garden Grove, Orange County. We offer in-person therapy for clients in the local area, as well as telehealth services for individuals throughout California and Florida.

Is Therapy Confidential?​

Yes. Therapy is confidential, meaning your personal information and what you share in session are kept private. There are some legal and ethical exceptions, such as concerns about immediate safety or abuse, which your therapist can explain during the intake process.​
